Responsibilities:
- Create content weekly: short videos, posters, FAQ cards, announcements.
- Manage social channels and respond to community questions.
- Build a structured content calendar aligned with field operations.
- Produce launch campaign assets and simple landing materials.
- Track what content drives leads, activations, and reduces confusion.
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio: real work with results (not just templates).
- OND/HND/BSc in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or related discipline.
- Strong writing and ability to simplify complex topics.
- Basic video editing and design ability (CapCut/Adobe/Canva, etc.).
- Speed + ability to take feedback and iterate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fintech, lending, or trader/market-facing brands.
- Ability to create content in local language style for market audiences.
