Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities
- Interpret design drawings, supervise implement and update drawings based on site constraints
- Give recommendations on works based on site constraints
- Liaise with all project stakeholders on-site and liaise closely with the design team and management team
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
- Interpret and review technical drawings and plans
- Coordinate material delivery and usage on-site
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, architecture, building technology or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in construction or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft project professional, AutoCAD, Revit and other related software
- Detailed understanding of construction processes
- Knowledge of HSE in construction sites
- Flexibility to be deployed to project sites across multiple states within the country as required.
